Sometimes navigating services, understanding your rights, or speaking up for yourself can feel overwhelming. Our Advocacy & Support Service is here to help you make informed decisions, access the support you're entitled to, and feel confident every step of the way.

Whether you need someone to stand alongside you, speak on your behalf, or simply point you in the right direction, we're here to support you.

Everyone deserves to be listened to, understood, and treated with dignity. Whether you're facing challenges with housing, education, employment, health services, benefits, or other life matters, we're here to help you navigate the process with confidence.

We provide independent, person-centred advocacy to help you access services, understand your rights, and ensure your voice is heard. We can support you in communicating with organisations, attending meetings, completing paperwork, and navigating complex systems when you need an extra helping hand.

Self-Advocacy Support

Our goal is to empower you to speak up with confidence. We help you build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to represent yourself in meetings, appointments, and everyday situations, so you can make informed decisions and take control of your own journey.

Referral & Signposting

If you need specialist support beyond what we provide, we'll help you find it. We work with trusted local and national organisations and can refer or signpost you to services that best meet your needs, ensuring you receive the right support at the right time.
